Indigenous Eyes

Indigenous Eyes is a collection developed in collaboration with the Puntacana Group Foundation, where the main inspiration is the Indigenous Eyes Ecological Reserve, a 1,500-acre protected area for educational, scientific, and recreational purposes, located in the eastern part of the Dominican Republic.

The Ecological Reserve is categorized as a transitional subtropical forest due to its mix of vegetation and fauna from humid and dry zones. It contains more than 500 plant species, 36% of which are endemic to the country.

Ozeano Swimwear and the Puntacana Group Foundation exude sustainability, the number one reason we decided to create this collaboration and promote, in each of our pieces, education through art and design to enhance these species from a different and colorful perspective.
